# Upgrades & Downgrades

> Get analyst rating changes; requires recommendation access.

Get the history of analyst rating changes (upgrades and downgrades) for a symbol. Requires an organization with recommendation access.

## Query Parameters

## Response

Returns a dictionary keyed by field name, with each field itself a dictionary keyed by the grade date:

Field names use this exact casing (`firm`, `toGrade`, `fromGrade`, `action`), keyed by grade-change date in this string format (no timezone offset in the string itself). Returns `null` when no rating-change data is found for the symbol. The endpoint responds `403` with a `kyc_required` problem when the caller's organization is not KYC-verified.
